Stringbean Memorial Music Festival

In June 1996 Porter Wagner, Grandpa & Ramona Jones, Mac Wiseman, and a host of other entertainers and friends of David "Stringbean" Akemon gathered to unveil a larger than life size statue of Stringbean and establish a Memorial in his honor. As part of this Memorial, there will be two festivals each year. One in June, and the other in October.

Take I-75 North to exit 90 and I-75 South to exit 90A. Follow 876 until you come to the junction of 25/421 south at the stoplight. Travel 421 South to Gray Hawk, approximately 39.4 miles. (You will travel through McKee on your way.) Follow the signs.
